I have been making the trip down to Biketoberfest for the last 6 or 7 years. It is always a really good time and even though it is not as big an event as Bike Week in the Spring there is still a lot to see and do.
Every year we go and hangout at the Iron Horse Saloon of US1 in Ormond Beach. They alway have a lot going on there, burn out pit, lots of people to watch, good looking beer babes, vendors, concerts, just a ton of stuff to keep you entertained.
One thing that has been there year after year is the Wall of Death, but I had never taken the time (or ponied up the $5 bucks to see the show). This year we decided to check it out.
WAY COOL! These guys take vintage motorcycles and ride them at high speeds around this wooden barrel.
I took a couple of picks of one of the riders, Sandra D., riding a 1930 Indian Scout on the wall. They came out ok but I didn’t take but a couple of pics cause I couldn’t tell if they were turning out and I was really into the show.

If you get down to Bike Week or Biketoberfest (or just about any other major motorcycle event around the country) and you have the opportunity go see the show. It is well worth the $5. Even though the show probably does not change much from year to year or event to event, they will get my 5 spot where ever I run into them.
Visit the California Hell Riders Website for more info on the Wall of Death show, the California Hell Riders team, and events they will be at. There are also some great pics of the show there as well.

Thanks for stopping by Sandra. The show was great! My wife and I really enjoyed it. Will see you next year at Biketoberfest, if we do not see you at another show on the road somewhere.
